How do I get an education discount on my purchases?

If you represent a school, government organisation or other educational institution, sign up for a Bookery Charge Account to receive education discounts. To learn more about Bookery Charge Accounts and to open an account, please contact our team.

What payment methods can I use?

There are two ways you can pay for your products:

  • Payment online via credit card : We accept online payments using VISA or MASTERCARD

Note: Credit card purchases will appear as ‘CAVAL’ on your credit card statement.

  • Billed to My Account: If you have a Bookery Charge Account with us, you can choose to have your products sent directly to you or your organisation on invoice.
Which countries can you deliver to?

We deliver to anywhere in Australia and New Zealand and can deliver to other international locations upon request. Please refer to Shipping and Returns for more details.

How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?

Can I pick up my online purchases in store?

Yes, we’d love to meet you in person!

How do I return a damaged product?
