We deliver physical items to anywhere in Australia and New Zealand and support our customers with a range of digital and eBook products as well.

The Bookery distribution centre houses Australia & New Zealand’s largest range of ELT resources available for same day shipping. We also sell other items we source from our local and international suppliers.
Dispatch times may vary for each item, and these will be advised when you place your order. If there are unexpected delays, we will be in touch to update you on revised timelines.
Courier / Postage Times

In Australia, we ship via Border Express & Australia Post. Typical shipping times for these services are provided below, however these should be used as a guide only.
NOTE: shipping time estimates have been lengthened due to Covid19 restrictions.
- Greater Melbourne metropolitan area – 1-3 business days from dispatch
- Regional Victoria – 2-3 business days from dispatch
- Australian capital cities and regional areas outside Victoria – 3-5 business days from dispatch
We airfreight for overseas customers, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery to international locations.
Shipping rates anywhere within Australia
- AUD $12.50 per order and FREE for orders over AUD $150.
Shipping rates to New Zealand
- AUD $22.50 per order – FREE for orders over AUD $300.
Digital Product Delivery
Bookery support a range of digital platforms for English Language Teaching, eBook codes and online programs for English testing and assessment. Details and guidance for accessing these resources are typically provided via email. Delivery times may vary per product and these will be advised when you place your order.
Please return goods you have purchased if they are faulty or otherwise different to what is described on the packaging or what was represented at the point of sale. If you need to return a faulty product, contact us during business hours within 14 calendar days of receiving it and we will do our utmost to resolve the problem or replace the product. Please do not ship products back to us until a return has been authorised.
Orders to Bookery are undertaken on a firm sale basis. Bookery does not refund or exchange due to change of mind or change in circumstance and any exception to these conditions will be entirely at Bookery’s discretion.
Please hold onto your receipt as we are unable to grant a refund or exchange without proof of sale.
